Another strength training question
So, I should only do ST every other day right and I can't work the same mucles in back to back workouts right? For example, if I do abs, triceps and biceps tonight, then I can't do those on Sunday, I have to work other muscles on Sunday? Am I right on this?

Okay, so my TDEE is 2626, and I had that calculated on the premise that I exercise 1-3 times a week. TDEE minus 15% =2232 So, I have my calories set at 2232 and macros at 40-30-30. My BMR is 1915 which is a difference of 317 calories. Using today as an example, I've already eaten 2292 calories so adding in my zumba workout…

Eating at BMR??
My BMR is 1920 calories. A little while ago, I was trying to stay within the 1400 to 1600 calorie range and found that I was hungry. I'm reading about a lot of people on here who are eating at the BMR but now it feels like I'm eating too much to lose weight. Anyhow else find this?

Substitution for margarine
I have a banana bread recipe that I would like to make healthier by substituting unsweetened applesauce for margarine. If I was using a half cup of margarine, how much applesauce would I use...the same amount...a half cup or would I use a little more?
