Eating at BMR??

My BMR is 1920 calories. A little while ago, I was trying to stay within the 1400 to 1600 calorie range and found that I was hungry. I'm reading about a lot of people on here who are eating at the BMR but now it feels like I'm eating too much to lose weight. Anyhow else find this?

    I'm trying to eat for my goal weight BMR, and finding it hard to achieve! LOL! How much you can eat totally depends on you. Try it out for a few weeks and see if it works!

    You'll be amazed how much you can eat and still lose weight. I was eating 2700 calories a day and still losing at one point.
