So, I should only do ST every other day right and I can't work the same mucles in back to back workouts right?

For example, if I do abs, triceps and biceps tonight, then I can't do those on Sunday, I have to work other muscles on Sunday?

Am I right on this?

The minimum rest period is generally 24 hours. So if you worked your upper body today, you can work your lower body tomorrow, upper the day after, and so on.

Well technically you can on Sunday. You can't work them out tomorrow (if it's Friday for you today).

    This.

48 hour for upper/lower body to recover.

Also on a more holistic note listen to your body, if you feel (honestly) that you are still tired and sore even after a days rest dont be scared to maybe skip a session of weights and do some light calisthenics/cardio to give your body a full rest, the past couple of weeks I never listened to my body saying I needed more rest time and paid the price with fatigue and overt appetite - but of course everyone is different, just make sure youre happy healthy and raring to get fit :)
