Those of you who are/were overweight - what was your resting heart rate when you started began your health journey. Does it drop as you become more fit and strong?

I guess we'll see. My resting heart rate is: ~65-75 right now depending on how stressed I am.

I'm 5'7.5 and 180 lbs. My resting heart rate runs between 90-100. My heart rate is always high, has been for years.
