So I have had my fitbit for almost a month now. I was wondering what you are suppose to do with the fit bit other than steps? I do not really track ANY other activity I do because I figured that the fit bit would discover how many extra calories I burn in a day. Is that not correct? Should I be logging my other activities…

I am trying to find a weight loss buddy that would like to do a kind of pen pal experience. I would like to talk to someone from day to day get to know them and go on a weight loss journey together! Does anyone know...
So I have pay into one of the best insurances my company offers. I wanted less payments later by paying more out of my paychecks. I hate to call my insurance company, but I was wondering if most insurances cover nurtionists or not. I work for a bank and they use United Health. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone else done BOSU before? I was wondering if you had tips on keeping your balance. It's such a hard workout. I going for my third time tonight. if anyone does do this, how do you guys log it if you don't have a HRM?

Sleeping after working out?
So I just did an early morning work out and I wanna catch some sleep before work is that going to be a problem? I'm pretty awake at the moment, heart rate is up a little, so I may only rest without sleeping, I don't know at the moment.

Work out clothes
Where does everyone go for work out clothes? I went to ****'s Sporting goods and found some basics, but I would like more without breaking the bank. Since it's summer I'd really like to get some breathable tank tops. Thanks in advance for the advice everyone :]

What do you consider sedentary as?
I am set at sedentary right now and I was wondering everyone's opinions on what that means you do throughout the day. Such as your active level. Just sitting at work all day? Some people say that they see it as laying in bed all day. I'd like to know, thanks!

Zumba Shoes
So I have shoes from high school, they are ahletic shoes. However, they don't seem to be the best shoes for Zumba. They seem to thick in the soles. What does everyone use or reccomend?

Opinions on Ripped in 30
So I am being lazy. My store [i work at best buy] has Ripped in 30 and a farther store has 30 day shred. I figured I would just get ripped in 30, but I haven't seen it mentioned on the forums much. Where are they these days? I work on the phones at my job. I answer questions for people and right after I say the first word I am hung up on. Or people talking about racism such as "if I was in that country I'd strangle those..." etc. Or guys calling me babe over the phone. Seriously where has all the manners gone???

am i accidentally cheating?
So I put down around a moderate level of activity per day when setting up MFP, however I walk to work often and usually put down the time I walked to work as an excersise. Is this cheating? I don't know if I should be doing it, but I like to since it makes me feel like I am being more active.

Very Picky Eater
