So I put down around a moderate level of activity per day when setting up MFP, however I walk to work often and usually put down the time I walked to work as an excersise. Is this cheating? I don't know if I should be doing it, but I like to since it makes me feel like I am being more active.

I would either put down sedentary and log that kind of activity or put down moderate and don't log moderate activity.0

better to underestimate it than overestimate it, yes?0

if you don't walk to work every day.. and your work is not very active, i'd use sedentary setting and count the walk when you have it, as exercise since it is not something you do every single day *S*0

I think I will do that, put the sedentary setting since I don't walk to work each and every day, thank you everyone!0
