Work out DVDs on Netflix?

Does anyone know of any good instant queue DVDs for working out on netflix? I've done a couple of the crunch videos, but they seem dated to me.

Netflix is sorely lacking in the streaming exercise DVD department. Hopefully that will get better over time.

Yeah I was surprised they had crunch, however it's all like early 90's stuff.

go under genres (in the drop down menu) click on sports and Fitness

I found alot of the 10 mintue solutions that were instant views

they have crunch, trainers edge and a bunch of yoga stuff... the dates on the things i've seen were 2001 to 2006

and some videos if you type in Self it will pull up a few more

they are a bit older but exercise is exercise I say and I enjoy them when i am able to do them.
