Zumba Shoes

So I have shoes from high school, they are ahletic shoes. However, they don't seem to be the best shoes for Zumba. They seem to thick in the soles.

What does everyone use or reccomend?

    I LOVE My Nike + Free XT. I've also used my dance shoes (Capezio and Bloch brands), but they can get a little slippery with the constant spinning and twisting of Zumba!

    I was at a dance shop getting jazz shoes for my daughter and they had Capezio and Block dance sneakers. I go the Blocks I can turn so much better with them.

    I just wear my socks.
    I do Zumba classes at my gym & the floor is carpeted so I find my gym shoes have too much grip.
