Need ideas for lunch/cooler packed
Thursday I will be heading to Six Flags with my family, and rather than spend $60 for a pizza and 4 drinks, we are packing a lunch. I just don't want to eat a soggy sandwich, and really want to keep it healthy. Any ideas??

Which is better? Cardio first, or weights?
I hear of the cardio first vs. weight training. I usually do elliptical training first, then weights. Is that the best way to go?? I find that doing free weights after a hard cardio is relaxing, and I feel a better burn. Should I rotate the work, or keep this way? I would love feedback! :)
