I have one set, which came with the 300# set of weights I bought, but I can't find any 1.25# plates at the sporting goods stores around here. I checked Sears too, but the ones they have won't fit on my bar. Thanks!

My sort of day with intermittent fasting...
I say "sort of" because I had two meals today instead of one big one. I had a much bigger breakfast than usual consisting mostly of protein. Stuck at the same weight for a month

Why am I constipated? :(
