Roadtrip!
Aye yup! Looks like we've been home for too long, and the moss is starting to grow again. So we're off tomorrow morning to go to Chicago (actually the burbs) to see son and DIL, and their new (to them) house. We'll try to watch our calories, and log, and (somehow) exercise.... :wink: Hope everyone has a grrrrr8 weekend!

Low Cal BBQ Sauce?
I abso adore BBQ Sauce, especially Sweet Baby Ray's, yum! :drinker: I slather it all over my ribs, or chicken, or loins, or (almost) just about anything I grill. Problem is, it's SO high in calories, ouch! :grumble: :noway: Does anyone in here have any suggestions for tasty, fun, yet low cal, and low sugar BBQ Sauce?
