A Sugar Free Day
My goal today is to not eat any sugar. Don't worry - I'm not depriving myself! I overate on the sugar yesterday and I remember the days when I was totally weened off sugar, and miss them. Today I am trying a sugar free day (and when I say sugar, I mean sweets :) ).

Anything healthy at Maggiano's?
I know I can get the broccoli or the asparagus sides, but does anyone recommend a dish at Maggiano's that is reasonable in calories? I can't overdo it because I am running a half marathon on Sunday. thanks! <3

So the temptation challenge on the last episode of Biggest Loser...I'm pretty sure I just reenacted that last night, minus the hidden cash and golden ticket. Sometimes I get on it and I weigh a certain amount, and then sometimes I obsess and get on it the next day and I've gained 2 or 3 lbs, but I've done nothing wrong w/ my exercise and eating.
