Cheesecake Factory

So I was invited to go out to dinner tonight. I ran 6 miles, and just ate a tuna sandwich w/ some quaker rice cakes and some lowfat ice cream. I still have about 700 cals to spare, so instead of turning down going out and also instead of messing up my day, I MFP'd a slice of Oreo cheesecake and saw that it is 460 cals. I remember seeing an episode of Biggest Loser where Jillian teaches Tara that treating yourself and going out (as long as its within moderation) is fine. So that's what I am going to do.
Same with tomorrow, as I am baking cupcakes for a friend's bday on Monday. Just had to say it so I actually stick with it!

I had the same dilemma tonight! I went out to a steakhouse, but I just ate less. I didn't have any bread, got my salad dressing on the side and just used a tiny bit, and only ate half of my appetizer. I had wine, too. I am over for my calories for the day by about 500 calories, but I just figure I'll make it up tomorrow. We have to treat ourselves sometimes or we will go crazy!0

I went to Cheesecake Factory a few weeks ago. I ordered the Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake and shared it with my husband. It was great. You could also try to eat over several days thus spreading the calories out plus you get to enjoy it longer. Good Luck and Enjoy!!!0

There is definitely NOTHING wrong with treating yourself, of course if its in moderation. Good for you and take a bite of that cheesecake for me!0
