    I am right there with you! I am definitely making better choices but every now and then, I just get to wanting something good! I dont wanna live my life without some of the good stuff! but I can still be healthy! as long as I keep myself in check!

    The way i look at it is if i don't eat the hole batch of cookies or cake.As for the rest of those items its OK to cheat ten percent of the time and diet ninety percent of the time.Its all in the head and gaining control is the key.It's not the cookie that will kill you it's the amount of cookies.:laugh:
