A Sugar Free Day

My goal today is to not eat any sugar. Don't worry - I'm not depriving myself! I overate on the sugar yesterday and I remember the days when I was totally weened off sugar, and miss them. Today I am trying a sugar free day (and when I say sugar, I mean sweets :) ).

    great job! me too I had way too many dove chocolates and reese's cups yesterday :S
  • I had a day like that yesterday -- the sugar free day (no sweets). Today, I've TOTALLY blown it. I had two pretty big helpings of cookie dough -- chocolate chip minus the chocolate chips, haha. And, some peanut butter M&Ms. I'm not doing too good today, but I've lost quite a bit of weight... I'm not using that as an excuse for my crazy sugar cravings today, but I do plan on doing better the rest of the weekend and all of next week. It's hard sometimes and plus, I'm about to start. :grumble:
