It seems that calories can not be changed into grams on MFP and unsure what unit the protein, carbs, etc are displayed in. Is there any easy way to do this? Yeah - Did 86 miles :) Longest ever.
Yeah - I rode 86 miles yesterday in 6 hours....preparing for my first century next weekend. I finally feel that regardless I'll be able to finish the ride. Is a goal of 7 ok for a first century with elevation? (most of my training rides have had little elevation gain)
