I am going to a Breast Cancer survivors group tonight and in honor of October being breast cancer awareness month, we are all bringing appetizers or desserts that are pink.....anyone have a creative idea besides a strawberry cake - hopefully something a bit more healthy....I am blank!

I did it! My first 5k...
what an amazing experience. When I crossed the finish line, the clock said 40 minutes - that was from the race start not my start so I did pretty good on time but not sure my actual real time - I forgot to start my watch! I am having a HOLY CRAP moment here..... I started at 239....now 160.8 - loss of 78 pounds If I divide 78 into 239 that's 33% - I've lost 33% of me! WOW! Got Milk?
Do you use skim milk or 2% milk - or whole milk? Is there a nutritional reason for your choice? I use skim - started drinking it years ago with the "low fat mentality" and haven't changed - just curious if one is better nutritionally.
