I am having a HOLY CRAP moment here.....

I started at 239....now 160.8 - loss of 78 pounds

If I divide 78 into 239 that's 33% - I've lost 33% of me! WOW!

Someone feel free to correct my math if I've done that wrong....

So this is an edit....everyone post the% you've lost - it's so fun and motivational to see the numbers....

    Way to go guys!
There is 38.5% less andrew lying around these days!
  • I am pretty close to where you are percentage-wise. My math says 34% That is kind of insane.

Other ways I have looked at it that have been an eye opener.

My son is 82 pounds. I remember when I had lost what he weighs. It is a strange experience. Now I have lost more then one of my girlfriends weighed back when I was single. By the time I am finished I will have lost more than many people weigh.

There is also the stunning eye-opener when you lose over 100 pounds and you are still overweight.

In a department store I went into the sporting goods section. I put four of those 25 pound weightlifting plates in a stack and picked them up. That was all fat hanging off my body that I had to lug around with me all the time, and I had to strain to pick it up.

Russia, your ticker says 32 lbs lost from a start weight of 174. That's 18% dear.

We're better at health than at math sometimes, huh. :blushing:

Very good point.....but I'll keep thinking that it's ok - so if it is does that make me 33% smarter since there's 33% less of me for my brain to have to work?????
