I will drink 80 oz of water today and have 3 servings of veggies - who's with me....

I'll commit to 72 oz. of water, and I'll shoot for 3 servings of veggies too. It's a rare day when I get that many veggies.0

To stay under my calorie limit, with or without the aid of exercise to achieve that.0

Water is not a problem for me. I probably have at least 80 oz a day. But veggies is my worst!!! I will commit to at least 1 serving of veggies every day.0 -
If I don't go to the grocery store I won't be having any veggies and no more fruits....:noway: :laugh:0

It's now noon and I've had zero water or veggies - let's see what I can do to fix that with lunch....0

I think for lunch it will be a turkey sub and some hummus and pretzels (does hummus count as a veggie)0 -
yummm.... hummus!! Not sure if that's a veggie but I was upset cause my grocery store was out of that. I'm gonna squeeze in some veggies for dinner.0

2 servings of veggies......I made a mushroom/onion salad (1/4 onion 1/2 cup mushrooms) with balsamic vinegar, garlic salt a pinch of sugar and italian seasoning....also have a pickling cucumber sliced on my sandwich....

I'm at 64oz for the day, have had cauli, brocli, and carrot with my lunch#2.
Baby carrots with earlier sandwich lunch #1.

I had lettuce, black olives, pickles and a few banana peppers on my sammie. I am thinking that is only one because there were not a ton on the sammie0 -
with the cali mix I have planned with supper and applesauce, that will be 3 fruits and 3 veggies today!!!!!
Funny when I add veggies in I am less hungry and end up needing to eat more....veggies - our miracle food!

Just finished my serving of veggies with dinner. So today I've had about 90 oz of water, 2 fruit, 1 veggie serving. That's pretty good for me.

I did o.k. today. Got my full 72 oz. of water, as I thought I would. And I came pretty close to 3 servings of veggies. A good goal to shoot for everyday! Fruits are easy for me to get, but veggies are more of a challenge. Thanks for starting this challenge!!:flowerforyou:0

68 oz today, I started feeling sick a couple of hours ago. The thought of anything to eat or drink makes me nausuas. :sad:0

I had about 4 liters of water so whatever that amounts too in ounces, Had two salads one for lunch and one for dinner plus peas. I also had an orange, an apple, a banana and a fruit smoothie with a banana and mixed berries.0

Well on my way with water. I have bell pepper strips cut up for lunch... they will serve as my chip substitute.0

Missed my water ang veggie goal yesterday but I think it had to do with not feeling well. Will make it today NO exscuses0

I use 250ml = 8oz or 1 cup. (it's 237ml for 8oz)
500 ml = 16 oz.
So 4L = 128oz or 16 cups
Off to good start 24 oz done so far 8:15am.
Smadag1, no excuses. Drink that water.

Sounds like a great challenge! I'm just starting the day, so I guess Water will be first:blushing: I can't think of a better way to start my day:happy: I'm new, so I don't know if I know how to post the cute little pictures yet!:ohwell:0

Fresh baby carrots are soooo good with hummus. Definately competes with chips or pretzels sometimes ... :-)0

I am not 100% sure of my water intake but I know I was close - I forgot to count it after my run.
Had 3 servings each of fruits and veggies yesterday!
