Think Pink....

I am going to a Breast Cancer survivors group tonight and in honor of October being breast cancer awareness month, we are all bringing appetizers or desserts that are pink.....anyone have a creative idea besides a strawberry cake - hopefully something a bit more healthy....I am blank!

    Sugar cookies shaped like pink ribbons-I have pink sparle sugar I could put on top

    rice krispie bars with the marshmallow mixture tinted pink (or they have strawberry marshmallows if you want something different).

    Mix salsa with light sour cream and serve it with veggies or chips.

    Thanks everyone - I think I am going to make the spicy pumpkin recipe that's off of our recipe section - I've been wanting to make it and had already bought the stuff - I'll just put red coloring in the cream cheese icing and make it pink!

    I will definitely try some of these for the next meeting.
