Stretching
I exercise daily, but can someone explain to me why I feel the urge to stretch all the time? Especially my upper body. Every morning I use my elliptical machine (it doesn't have the moving handle bars) I just hold on to the sensor bar like I'm suppose to and work the lower body. Is it true?
If one is trying to flatten tummy, build muscle, or tone up that area, or buns or thighs for that matter, is it true that exercise will just cause this to happen or does one need to work that particular area! I've heard both...just curious:huh:

Chef Salad and calories
I went out for lunch with hubby and we go to this little home town resturaunt and I ordered a Chef Salad. It was HUGE! I bet it was probably 3 1/2 cups worth- the closest calorie count I could come up with is around 280 not counting the dressing. I added my own dressing and didn't use the whole thing. Does this sound right?

First Weigh-in since I started
Well, this morning marks the first completed week of good choices/exercise! I stepped on the scale and whoo hooo....I was down 2lbs! Now if I can lose 2 more I will break through the 180's. I'm working hard for week 2. I'm beginning to:love: myself already!!

I love working out to music! I like upbeat tunes with intermediate moves that will work the whole body! Any suggestions? I'm also one short on time- I try to do more on the weekends, but through the week unless I get lucky, I stick around 30 min or so.
