A great question was asked... "I usually cook my sausages in the oven but I know some people do it on the stovetop. Thoughts?" Cast Iron Skillet on the stove top a bit and then popped under the broiler until they're super crispy on the outside. Amazing when charcoal is too much effort! Great question.
