Why do some muscles burn and others fail?
Does anyone know why? For example, when working calves, going to failure really burns but going to failure on bench press or tricep pushdown for example, I don't really feel a burn, the muscle just refuses to contract enough to push the weight when I've reached the limit. Reached goal weight today - Pics and video time lapse
