100 Pushup Challenge Group

Hey all,

I fancy doing the 100 pushup challenge here:

I reckon I'll start it next Monday and run it Mon/Wed/Fri in between my other workout commitments.

Apparently it takes just 6 weeks giving 10 or 15 minutes 3 days a week - although you're allowed to repeat weeks if you aren't ready to move on yet.

Imagine telling your friends "Yep, I can knock out 100 pushups straight off the bat" - how awesome would that be!?!

Who's with me??!

    I am currently on week 3 of the hundred push up challenge! I started the 200 sit up challenge this week also! Good luck with it, it seems to be working, I feel stronger and definitely firmer!

    i said the same quite a while ago, but i just can't find the stamina to push to the end.
    i've been incorporating week 4, day 3, column 3 into my workouts for 4 weeks now.
    i just don't want to go on to week 5!!!!!

    Sure! Let's go for it!

    I'm gonna do the initial fitness test on Saturday or Sunday so I'll report back here when that's done on which bracket I'm falling into.

    Looking forward to being able to push out 100!

    Well I did the initial fitness test this morning and got 25 out. According to the program, I should start on week 3 but I'm going to start at week 1 anyway.

    All being well, I'll be kicking 100 consecutive pushups in 6 weeks! :)
  • I am starting this tonight. Just completed C25K, so onto the next challenge.

    Day 1 done - but only just.

    I did my first day of P90x chest and back yesterday so I think the muscles needed to do pushups are fairly destroyed today so I really struggled to get the last 2 sets out.

    Day 2 on Wednesday! :)

    Day 3 tomorrow.

    There's actually an iPhone app for this challenge would you believe it!
