Ok so I reached my goal weight today. I have as of today lost 32lb, gone from 192 to 160, lost 16 and 2 thirds of my original bodyweight, created a 112,000 calorie deficit, reduced my BMI from 27.55 to 22.96... You get the picture... ;~)
Obviously I'm well pleased! Although for me, reaching the target weight is just the first milestone on a longer journey. It really starts from here! :~D
Thought I'd share my progress so far. I'm quite pleased with it. Pretty much on track for where I want to be so I'm happy.
Here's the before and after shot:
And here's the timelapse video that I've been working on for 62 days (not my whole journey but probably about 70%). 3 pictures a day for 62 days.
Short version (4 frames per day):

Longer version (About a second per day):

Oh yes. This is just phase 1 complete. There's plenty left to do yet, including gaining weight in lean muscle. I'll need MFP to monitor my caloric surplus - as well as for tips and support of course0 -
Great work!! You look amazing!0

Wish I'd been taking pics from Day 1... Well the first one on the left of the picture was day 1 of realising I was fat. The first day of the time lapse was about day 20 or so I think.0 -

Thanks all. I'll try and post some future videos when I reach milestones.
100 day timelapse. 6 month timelapse. 1 year... I'll probably do a 30DS time lapse when I finish it and a P90x one when I start and complete that0
