I made this the other day. It's delish and packed full of goodness!

1kg Greek Yoghurt
200g Peanut Butter
50g Honey
200g Brazil Nuts
70g Walnuts
4 scoops whey protein (I used Gold Standard Cookies and Cream).

Bang it all in the blender and whizz it up.

Place in a large container and refrigerate.

Makes roughly 15 servings of 100g. Each serving has the below nutritional info:

289 cals
14g carbs
19g fat (good fats though from the nuts - you need these fats!)
4g saturated fat
16g protein
136mg sodium

The sugars in the honey act as transporters to get the protein into your muscles. You can swap out the whey for casein if you want a slower release protein snack to eat before bed.

Want to make less? Scale it down. Want a bigger portion? Have 10 servings of 150g and scale the nutrition info up.
