Weighing yourself?
How often do you weigh yourself? For me it's hard not to do it really often, I want to see my results! But I also see how it can get discouraging if you are doing it too often. Just curious how often everyone else steps on the scale?

protein and stomach aches
today i started drinking whey protein shakes. both of them made me feel sick, like im going to throw up. is this normal with protein? could it just be my body getting used to it and it will go away?

Low Carb?
My dad, starting at about 360, lost about 50 pounds in just a few months keeping his carbs under 100 per day. I have decided to give it a shot. Worry less about calories, more about carbs. Just wondering what others experiences with this have been? What was your target number of carbs?

eating at night
i can do so good on my diet all day, but every night i just wanna eat and eat and its really hard to stop myself. anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?

drop weight, drop sizes?
I realized today, that at my highest of 195 and my lowest of 165, I have always worn a size 13 juniors jeans. Now, it seems a little ridiculous to me, but maybe it's normal? Just wondering how much weight everyone lost before they went down a size?

Like feeling ridiculous when you exercise?
I just did the Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast on Netflix streaming. I felt completely ridiculous, but it was fun, and a good cardio workout. There isn't a lot of strength training involved though. Just thought I would share. I definitely laughed at myself a lot.

Calories in vs calories out.
I know everyone's' numbers are different, I am just trying to get an idea of what people are eating vs. what they are burning. I would love to lose weight biggest loser fast (1200 in, 6000 out) but I definitely don't have that kind of time. What do you eat vs burn on an average day?

i know, oxymoron right? anyway, i am looking to get a hrm. i would like one that tells calories burned and works well. but i am trying not to spend a ton of money. i would like to be able to go to a store and get it, and not order online. and recommendations?

30 Day Shred Level 1
Did anyone do level 1 for a full 30 days? That is my plan, I am on day 15, but it seems like everyone moves up a level after a few days. I could probably do level 2 without a problem, but I would like to finish the month off. I'm just worried I wont get the amazing results everyone else does!

What do you count as water?
I know some people say anything you drink can be counted as your daily water intake. And other people say only count plain water. Just wanted to see what other people think? Currently, I count plain water and crystal light. My mom says I should count all the ice tea I drink, but I dont.

I have always been proud of my calves, but I have always had flabby thighs. Thanks to the 30 day shred, they aren't anymore :) I have wanted a tattoo on the outside of my thigh, and now I can finally get it! I still need to work on the insides, but they are looking so much better!
