I know everyone's' numbers are different, I am just trying to get an idea of what people are eating vs. what they are burning. I would love to lose weight biggest loser fast (1200 in, 6000 out) but I definitely don't have that kind of time. What do you eat vs burn on an average day?

My calorie limit is 1560. Most of the time I barley fit in exercise but when I do depending on what exercise I do it's anywhere from 150-300 calories burned. The calorie counting and actully measuring things like my peanut butter have been most helpful.0

Eat around 1200 a day and burn maybe 200-300 a day.0

You can't do it healthy AND rush it. Patience.
I net what MFP tells me to. It's that simple.
My goal is 1200. If I eat 1200, I'm good. If I eat 1600 and burn off 400, I'm also good. If I eat 2000 and burn off 800...you guessed it...good. It varies.0
