Low-carb dessert ideas?
I try to eat low(ish) carbs at dinner, but my problem is that I really like dessert. If I weren't trying to keep my carbs low I would have a healthier dessert like fruit or fro yo, but I'm at a loss as to what I can have that will fill my sweet craving after dinner and not be to high in carbs. I'm trying to stay around a 1200 cal a day diet, MFP puts my sugar at 24gm. I'm really having trouble staying under this as if I eat two pieces of fruit or a yogurt, I'm over.
