How do I log my 30 day shred workout under the exercise tab? I searched circuit training and Jillian Michaels a30 day shred and 30 day shred and didn't find anything. Any suggestions? Also, is there a way to do a quick calorie add, if I am using a HRM to calculate my calories burned?
