I am looking for a filling cereal that tastes good and you get a lot for a little calories. Any suggestions?

The new Fiber One 80 Calories cereal is pretty tasty. A serving is 3/4 cup and it has 10 g fiber and only 3 g sugar.
Personally, I prefer Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola every morning in my greek yogurt. It does have more calories but is also high in fiber and protein.0 -
I really like Kashi's Autumn Harvest shredded wheat cereal. 29 biscuits for 180 calories. You could eat 2/3s and still be pretty satisfied. It's so good, too.0

I love the Cinnamon Burst Cherrios!!!! They are so yummy! 110 calories in 1 cup plus 1/2 cup ff milk = 150 calories for breakfast! Plus I have them for snack all the time. I love cereal! :happy:0

I just tried the new Peanut Butter Multigrain Cheerios! LOVE THEM. I also started using Silk instead of milk. I buy the Silk Pure Almond Vanilla and it is deeelish! Plus is has 50% more calcium and only 90 cals / cup!0

Try the unsweetened almond milk. 1 cup is only 35 calories
My cereal picks
Special K protein plus
Cheerios (but they are high glycemic)
Grape nuts (watch the portion size)0 -
Multigrain Cheerios are one of my favorites0

Kix are 100 calories per 1 1/4 cup.
"Great value toasted oats" are 100 calories per 1 cup. Cheerios are like 120 I think
I heard puffed wheat is like 40-60 calories per 1 cup0 -
Kashi Go Lean (original) - massive protein & fiber numbers. Sprinkle this on your yogurt or eat it plain .... mmmm
Kashi Heart to Heart Cinnamon (think cinnamon cheerios)
Kashi Honey Sunshine (like a low sugar Cap'n Crunch)
Special K ORIGINAL has really good protein numbers. Pair this with a piece of fruit .... for fiber0 -
Special K Fruit and Nut Medley is my favorite- it's SO good! I have it with skim milk. I actually have more than the suggested serving size, but it's working for me0

Kashi Go Lean and Special K Protein Plus. I swear by them.0

Hi, I like Kelloggs Special K Bliss. I have a sweet tooth and not really a cereal person but this fills me up with the yoghurt pieces for the sweetness and its only 175 calories with semi skimmed milk, good start to the day0
