How Do I Record my 30 Day Shred Workout?

How do I log my 30 day shred workout under the exercise tab? I searched circuit training and Jillian Michaels a30 day shred and 30 day shred and didn't find anything. Any suggestions?
Also, is there a way to do a quick calorie add, if I am using a HRM to calculate my calories burned?

For those of us who dont own a HRM i log as cardio circuit training 20mins! also use the same for ripped in 30 :happy:0

You can create your own exercise and then name it and record the length of time and the calories burned per your HRM. It's all under the exercise tab - then under My Exercises. I do that for my c25k workouts.0

i had this same problem. i googled some things and found that several referred to it as high impact aerobics, so thats what i have been logging it as.0

I have HRM, and I'm halfway through Level 1..I burn 135-150. HTH!0
