tips for losing weight
Hi, i’m in my teens and weight about 200 lbs. I lost 7 lbs a few months ago, but i still want to loose more than just that. because im tall idk what my ideal weight should be or how much i should lose. my goal now is 160 lbs. Any tips, foods, or suggestions on how to achieve this? thanks

How to lose weight with parents who buy unhealthy foods?

I did WW 2x years ago and it was helpful. I don’t formally track but plan to start using MFP. I use some WW tricks and points but do that in my head. It was helpful but I think MFP will be better b/c it’s more comprehensive.
