Hello!

Hello! I'm 34, have 7 kids with the newest one being 2 months. I have struggled with weight since I started having kids (13yrs ago) and always kept a couple pounds with each one. I'm looking to finally be serious about my weight loss journey. I tried before but I always lost some weight then gained it right back or stayed stagnant. I just bought one of those infinity hoops to try and want to make healthier meals. My biggest issues are portion control and extreme fatigue, I'm always too tired to really do anything... if anyone would want to add me as a friend, I could use any support I could get, I don't have any friends and no family other than my husband and kiddos, so online is probably the only support I can get 😞 I'm also having issue with PPD, so I guess that's probably another factor with my poor mindset, but I want to try and get better. If anyone knows of any motivational apps or anything that can help get me into a better mindset that would be a huge help. Thanks and I hope I stick to it.

Hi. I recently rejoined. It sounds like you have your hands full. There is a guy named Michael Sealy on YouTube, who mostly does sleep down talk, but he has many others addressing anxiety and numerous other issues. He was a lifesaver for me as I suffered from sleep deprivation and extreme insomnia. If nothing else, you will be able to find something to help you with something, lol. All my former MFP friends are no longer active, so please send me a friend request
