Hello everyone! My name is Marla. I’m 61 years old and from NM. I joined this app because I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic. I am also clinically obese. My doctor told me that I have to change my eating habits and lose weight. He even prescribed Zepbound to help get me started on my weight loss journey. I recently started doing water exercises at the gym. I also just got an Apple Watch to help me keep track of everything. So far, I’ve only lost about six pounds but I didn’t gain this weight overnight so I can’t expect to lose it overnight. I would really like more friends to help keep me accountable and motivated ❤️

    It sounds like you're off to an excellent start, with some fun activities, the help of Zepbound to create space for you to find new more positive eating/activity habits, the Apple watch to give you useful metrics, and that very appropriate insight that this is a process that takes time and patience.
