Macros don't match calories
Almost daily my calories do not match my macros. My calories are between 50-150 off. This never used to happen, what has changed?

I thought macro counting was more complicated, I was wrong!
Hi guys I`m new, I`ve been doing 75 Hard and I decided to use MFP to help myself keeping track of all the macros, it is the first time in my life and I think it`s life changing, feeling great and learning a lot about nutrition, my goal is to gain some mass, I already gained around 2 kilos.

Macros not making sense
A nutrition coach suggested my macros should be at 30P, 30C, 13F per meal. This makes no sense to me. Doesn't it need to total 100% and aren't the numbers supposed to be in increments of 5? Thanks for any insight!

Tracking rice?
Hi, I'm getting a bit confused with how to track my basmati rice e.g weigh cooked or uncooked? The packet says '100g (hob cooked) kcal 127' and it states 1 portion is 70g. I weighed 70g dry for myself and tracked it as 89kcal like it said above, but should I have weighed out a 70g portion after it was cooked
