Hello everyone, I am new to counting macros and I am looking forward to losing 60lbs. I know it will take me time and I want to learn so that I can keep it off this time. Want to have another baby in 2 years and want to be healthy and fit before I do. Please, ideas for recipes, tips, any advice helps. God bless.

For the advice bit.....
This thread is a great starting point and well worth reading - https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets/p1
For the tip part.....
Try to make the process as easy as possible and play the long game, suffering is optional.
It's never too early to adopt healthy habits such as building more activity/movement into your day, regular exercise that you enjoy, eating good food in the right quantities.2
