Learning the Macros Game

I recently met with a nutritionist and learned that even with eating in a calorie deficit my body was not losing weight very well. I've got a plan in place and tracking my macros is the #1 goal. I'm 33, 155lbs aiming for 125lbs. I have a decent chunk of fluff to lose. I'm pretty active as I have a small plot of land and plenty of projects (horse training, barn chores, landscaping, construction, etc...) I'm just looking for some people with a similar goal for some of that MFP motivation
