How do I customize the amount of food I'm eating when I log food consumption? For example, if the only measure given for a food I've searched is 100 grams, how do I enter that I've eaten just 63 grams? Thanks in advance for your help!

Weighing food
I am having a hard time understanding about weighing my food and how much I am I taking. When it says 1oz or 1g of fruit and when I measure it it doesn’t even say that it will say 20 on my scale and under 4oz on my measuring cup
