The Food Database Really Needs Curation and Editing
First off, although MFP is the best recipe builder and meal tracker I've found, it's woefully difficult to use, and also can't be exported?! Come on. Not even a CSV? Also, let's enjoy this glorious screenshot: Last time I check, mL wasn't a very logical or common measurement for a powder. Sure, it can be, I guess, but all…

Yo-yo dieter, seeks healthy relationship with food!
Hello 👋 For most of my life I have been on one “diet” or another. The last 6 years have been extremely challenging mentally, however after a humongous amount of work I am now content 🙌 My next challenge is to finally tackle the weight (which has sadly got out of all proportion - unless I’m next to a walrus). Next year I…

Some practical questions: 1. Weighting tuna (in brine), do u totally squeeze all the water before you weigh or do u leave some of the water?…

Hi, what have people found to be the best storage bag/container to freeze meals?
I plan to batch cook and weigh/portion out to then freeze. I'm planning on doing this with curries, chicken tikka pieces, soups etc. Also, if anyone has any recipes/advice on what other foods freeze well, I would appreciate any help/advice offered :) Thanks in advance :)

Hi Fitness Pals! I’m Ange, and I'm back on my fitness journey after a 'wait, what?' moment I had the other day on the scale. BUT what would make it so much easier to stay on…
