Would carnivore diet work for me?

Hi I’m alan im 49 and looking to lose weight and get back in shape I’m 50 in March, I’ve not trained for over two years I’ve never fasted only ever feasted I’ve got a big bloated belly which I’m looking to change looking for tips and help. Would a carnivore diet work? I’m currently 233ibs but looking to get down to about 213ibs what calories a day should I be eaten to get to that thanks Big belly al

So your only goal is weight-loss? No other health issues your trying to fix/ improve?
What you need is to be in a calorie deficit - burn more calories than you consume.
If carnivore is a way of eating you enjoy and that shows you to be in a calorie deficit, then yes, it's a good idea. If it's going to même you miserable, then no it's a bad idea because it's not sustainable in the long-term.0
