Meal Planner with access to 'my meals'
The meal plans are currently limited to the MyFitnessPal recipes. Access to a blank meal planner that we can then pull our own recipes, along with the MF recipes, into would make weekly meal planning much easier and avoid having to use other apps or spreadsheets. Being able to scroll across a whole week that easily and…

Can I lift after SIBO test prep?
I had to do a diet prep and fast for 13 hrs for the SIBO breath test. The diet yesterday included only rice, shrimp, eggs, and canned white potatoes. Then I drank the 75g glucose drink this morning.😖 I ate normal today but still feel a tiny "off". Do you think it's safe to workout if I feel up to it?
