I’m 50 and in perimenopause.
I was an avid gym goer before lockdown hit, then found pizza, takeaways and the sofa, I got lazy!
20lbs later it’s time to get my AB’s back, I started on New Year’s Eve and try to hit the gym 5 times a week, whilst also calorie counting.
I want to share my journey and would love to be friends

hi! I'm Curious Scorpius, and I am also new here! Unlike you, I have never had abs! BUT, I have a feeling that since I returned to the gym, my abs may be lurking underneath 10 lbs of fat or so, hahahaha!
I'm not fully sure how the friends feature works here, or what it entails, but I'd like to support you on your journey, as I also have a goal of exercise and lifting 5-6x a week, so long as I am not injured!
