How can I build muscle while still being quick?
Hello! To anyone who’s reading this, I’ve been wondering about how I can build more muscle/weight while still being quick? I want to be quick for the activities I do while still being able to put on more mass to lift heavier things and hit harder. I only have dumbbells to work with though but any tips would be appreciated!

I have recently started my fitness journey, and the trajectory is towards fat loss. Any tips?
I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now, but man, keeping it consistent is a struggle. Some weeks I'm on top of it—eating clean, working out, feeling good. Then, boom! Life happens, and suddenly, I'm reaching for comfort food, skipping workouts, and it all just feels like a cycle. I’m really looking to break…

I am heavily overweight (325 lbs) but down 23 lbs from where I started not even two months ago. Someone asked me if I work out today at a different thread. I know I need to but where do I start and is what I have planned even realistic? When I call it "Workout for whales" I don't mean it disrespectful and I don't try to be…

App Bug with Exercise
So I am getting rather frustrated with the app, I have gone through support and they just kept suggesting things like restarting the app, my phone, update etc when I have done all that and won't actually support me with the issue. Has any else experienced the issue of the Exercise constantly changing? Makes it hard to…

Something has clicked recently and I’ve been doing intermittent fasting (16:8) for just over a week but I have not lost any weight. I’ve stayed exactly the same. I’m also…

Importance of Protein and my goal?
So, I have my goals set on my app telling me I have a protein of 84 kg. But I always hear more protein is better for both muscle growth and weight loss. So, should I be aiming to keep this at that rough number it's giving me or does it matter if I go over?

Weight loss without, or with limited, physical activity.
Hi there. I've struggled with weight loss over the last 3-4 years, mostly due to medical/physical health issues. As a result, the amount of physical activity I could do is limited to none. I'd lose a pound or two, then gain... or remain at a stable weight, then gain... and gain. Life happens, etc. Well now, between May…

Early morning weigh-in after big protein dinner
Hi everyone! If I had a big protein dinner by 18:20 is it best that I don't eat anything else so that I don't sabotage tomorrow's early morning weigh-in and cancel out any incidental activity/exercise I've done earlier today?

How do Net Calories work?
Hii I'm new to the site and still getting a feel for how everything is calculated and set up, and though I've grasped the basics of the Net Calorie calculator, there's something I don't quite get. For example, my net calorie goal is 1,200. If my calculator ends up looking something like this; 0 (food) - 50 (exercise) = -50…

How Often Do You Weigh Yourself?
How Often Do You Weigh Yourself? I prefer to weigh in daily, typically every morning. I think it helps me to stay on track and makes it easier for me track weight loss/gain. I could see how weighing in everyday could not be good for someone's mental health. So I am curious of what everyone here prefers to do. I just prefer…

Pull all relevant record types from Google Health Connect
I use Google Health Connect to collect my health data from multiple sources. This includes workout info from my fitness apps, weight and body fat from my smart scale, and steps from my watch. I love that MFP pulls in the workout data from Health Connect so I don't need to re-log everything in the app, but weight and steps…

Adaptive TDEE tracking
Good afternoon, I love this app and it has helped me lose 10 lbs in the last couple months. I am now looking to increase my calorie count but do not want to overshoot my surplus.
