No weight loss this weekend.
Why didn't I loose any weight this weekend? I ate 1300 calories per day, I weighed and logged my food. Last weekend I ate 1300 calories and lost 3 lbs. I dont go over 120 carbs per day and my fat is 44 grams per day. Should I give it a week and do light exercise?

Weight gain problem
I have a problem with gaining weight. I started on 9th March, I take 2210 calories per day. Yesterday I had 600grams more than today. Is it normal to eat so much for 20 days ( I’m not exercising) and to lose 0.6kilos in one day? That happened twice in 20 days.

Pull weight data from iPhone Health app
I attempted to link MyFitnessPal to my VeSync app, but it’s not working. If MyFitnessPal could pull weight data directly from Apple’s Health app (like it pulls steps data), the link to my digital scale (and its malfunction) wouldn’t matter. It could also pull BMI, body fat percent, and other related data.
