I have my own approach for all clients. Since Monday seems to be the day that practically all weekend warriors come "back" to the gym to work out and have the most motivation and enthusiasm, then you SHOULD be working out the muscle group you HATE the most. Don't save it for the weekend because you'll likely skip it. And vice versa. Save the muscle group you LOVE to train for the weekend. This way you pretty much ensure you'll show up.
