Hi everyone! I made a dinner with Mission Carb Balance tortillas which are supposed to have 17g of dietary fiber. I ate two of them, however, I haven’t even reached half of my daily goal of 25g. Viewing calories not kilojoules
I would like to view and work with daily earning goals etc in CALORIES not kilojoules. The app seems to default to KJ and I can’t work out how to change this basic thing in settings. I’ve also tried the AI help which was useless!
