I begged my doctor for help and he only wanted me to do the stomach surgery. I decided not to do it after speaking to the dietician and…

Add a negative
Let us remove items, it could simply be searching for the item and adding it as a negative. Let’s say I go to a restaurant and the meal I got already exists in the large database of options. Woo! BUT I got it with no mayo, or I didn’t eat about half a cup of rice.. so if I could just simply search mayo and “subtract” 2…

Carb Goal
Currently, I need to lose about 150 lbs. I'm doing as much keto as I can, but I need to find out what an appropriate carb (grams) goal is? I don't think it's ultra realistic, at first, to be 20 g or below, but what are the parameters where one can be in ketosis as far as range of carbs eaten per day? Thank you!

Hi all!
Hey everyone! I'm Jason (38/m/California). I have been trying to find a community to help keep my motivation alive. I have friends who always say they want to start working out but never do. It's depressing being the only one in my network who enjoys burning calories. I have been getting back into shape for a few months…

10 pound lean muscle loss in 16 days?
I am 51 years old. I did a DEXA scan before starting Carnivore diet and then 16 days into the diet. The scan told me I went from 148 lean muscle to 138. 2.5 pounds of fat loss. The scanner said muscle and water is same density so the scan may have been fooled a little bit if I were dehydrated either time but not by much he…

Asking for help on how to lose weight the right way without using drugs
For the first time I am learning what it means to be okay with honesty and self-care. My entire life I've never given myself the gift of self-love. So I'm attempting to go outside my comfort zone and ask for help. This is very hard for me and I'm doing the one thing that I've never had the courage to ever do in my life. I…

Metformin Support Group
I have been taking metformin on and off for years (PCOS and prediabetes). I am going to give it a real try this time. I think the longest I've taken it as prescribed was around 3 months. I'm going to build myself up to 2000 mg AGAIN and stick with it through the end of the year. No excuses. I'll deal with the GI issues for…
