Realistic Goals for 2023-
We all make New Year Resolutions.... and usually by February they are forgotten. What are some ways You have used to keep on track? For me, I would like to lose 100 pounds. I have to break that big number into Bite Sized Pieces, in order to meet my goal. Hopefully we can support each other and have a Blessed 2023 !

Newly diagnosed diabetic need help with carb macros
So my doctor says I need 180 carbs a day. No more no less. 60 a meal. But the carb goal I set keep changing. I get it that with exercise I am allowed more, but can I keep the carb goal static?
