Sometimes I just need a boost, and will take it anywhere I can find it!

So much daily/weekly/hourly focus on the specifics that I can control. Seeing the incremental changes that result. Sometimes seeing no change for awhile...

Here's what helps: looking back at my weight loss graph and seeing that my success over time was real, that my efforts ultimately did pay off, and envisioning the graph continuing over the next 3 months.

    Nice job on what you've lost so far! Good downward trend.

    Mine is very chaotic, been trying to lose weight since September 2018. Had some pretty big setbacks, but I'm on the right track.
